The terms governing the purchase of PDR Chemical products: prices, delivery, withdrawal, returns and guarantee.

This website is not an online shop. This site is for requesting information and quotations; orders are closed through the usual sales channels. The terms below govern the purchase of PDR Chemical products and apply to any order, however it is placed.

3. Purchase process

  • The user selects the products.
  • Review the shopping cart and proceed to payment.
  • They enter their personal details and address.
  • They make the payment using the available methods.
  • Receive an order confirmation email.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.Shipping costs are detailed before completing the purchase.

5. Payment methods

Available payment methods may include:

  • Bank card

6. Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping is made to the address provided during the purchase process.
  • Approximate delivery times are 24–72 hours for mainland Spain (modify if applicable).
  • The seller shall not be held liable for delays due to external causes.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

The customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without having to justify their decision.

Exceptions (General Consumer Law):

  • Products that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons.
  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Opened or tampered with chemical substances.

8. Returns policy

To make a return:

  • Send an email to info@pdrchemical.com
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

If the product arrives damaged or defective:

  • PDR IBERIA CHEMICAL S.L. will replace or refund the product.

9. Guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Spanish legislation (minimum 2 years where applicable).

10. Liability

The seller shall not be liable for misuse, lack of maintenance, incorrect handling or inadequate storage conditions.

11. Data protection

Personal information provided during the purchase is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable legislation

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.Any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Madrid, except where applicable consumer regulations apply.
